I honestly don’t know why this story isn’t more well-known. It is fantastic, and embarrassingly a large part of the reason why I got Twitter. If the online antics of the likes of Santana (@SatanLopez) and #cumsmuggler @BlaineWarbler aren’t enough for you, then certainly the amazingly sculpted character of Blaine’s sister Blaine will draw you in to this world. And maybe the forbidden romance will convince you to stay.

The breakup was heart-breaking, and still is, and this short little story brings back that pain in a fresh breakup, before healing it with a loving kiss. Short and bitter, with a sugar-coated finish.

Short but horrendously sweet, with a totally hopeless Blaine who keeps on having suspicious problems with his car, and beautiful headings to cut the story up. It started with a phone call. Or did it?

The pain of the colour of his wings, the casually interweaved science, the songs and seranades; this is one of my favourite fics. The backstory is so believable and the references so beautiful that your breath catches in your mouth, and Blackbird is given an entirely different, and totally relevant, meaning. However long it takes you to read, you’ll be hooked from start to finish. Angel and Hummingbird will keep your interest from the sad introduction to the incredible epilogue.

This is a fantastic fic; absolutely brilliant. It opens with young Klaine, aged only 3. They grow up and grow together with some brilliantly sculpted language, and when they’re cruelly torn apart it will leave you sobbing into your pillow. Cut to twelve years down the line and Blaine, now living with Tina and Mike, encounters one or two problems. And what does he make of Kurt turning up again after all these years?

They get together in the best way, saving each other in this short, but well worth reading, story. All based on a Patrick Wolf song which will haunt you after you read it.

Kurt always talked about his bucket list, constantly pulling out his iPhone and mentioning random items on his list. There were hundreds of things he wanted to do before he died, even though he knew some of them would be out of reach for him. Blaine, however, just had one item on his list: To fall in love. That was all he wanted out of life. One mind-blowing, heart-clenching, epic romance. And that summer, that’s exactly what he’d gotten. He just didn’t think it would slip away so soon.

         

This is one of my favourite stories ever. I don’t think it’s a secret anymore that Cadie is one of my favourite authors ever (non-fanfiction included). This story is highly moving, and at times very painful, but it is one of those fics which everyone should read at least once. It touched me in the best possible way. Well, maybe not so good when it made me sick. It will stick with you forever, and the OCs are so perfectly sculpted that you wonder why they aren’t in the show.
